I have a friend that towed a camper with his Frontier all the way to CA and back a couple years ago. I believe he said his camper was around 4000# dry. Mileage was not good. Down around 10-12 if I remember correctly.

What a great purpose to have a truck. Putting both into good use! :smt023
Still have not towed anything with my truck, other than pulling other trucks when there in a jiffy.
Sometime next summer, i'll probably rent a U-haul and tow all my crap when i move down to the bay area or southern california...where-ever i can find a job.:D

Good looking trucks and toys and pictures.

Enjoy them while you can I remember mine. As the years go by the memories and pictures are what's left.

Only two pictures of the Frontier? Hmmm..... what do you use on the Frontier to tow with? I'll need to add a hitch to mine before the major holidays and haven't figured what to go for/look for yet.

We bought her truck with the Frontier tow package. Though ive seen some Frontiers with a 7 pin trailer harness hers only came with a 4 pin. Hmmm...

May I ask what the difference is? I see the hidden hitch is the most popular option to the OEM hitch.
Dont quite understand the question..
I'm guessing just questioning the difference between the factory hitch and the Hidden Hitch. The factory has the harness bracket.

I bought a U-Haul hitch and didn't like the big U-Haul sticker that came on it. So, I pulled the sticker off, just to see a Draw-Tite sticker. Most are all the same with the exception of the factory harness bracket on the factory hitch.

I did a little trimming to the harness end and mounted it through the bumper.

Sorry! I meant what is the difference between the 7-pin and 4-pin? I don't know anything about these, I've never had to haul anything before with my own truck. I'll need one soon and having been looking at all the options. Just not sure on what to compare them on. lol
