CalMini Winch Bumper and RadFlo's
#1
CalMini is great, ordered Pre-Runner Winch bumper on 6th of Feb and I will pick it up at the Shipper Depot tomorrow. Justin said 3 to 4 weeks and delivered in 3 1/2 weeks.

Also got the RadFlo OEM CO's from PRG with 600 lbs springs from Greg so it will be a whole different truck by end of next week.

Also ordered the Shrockworks rear bumper but they said 12 weeks and from what I've read on the Forums that could be 6 to 8 months, lol.

Nice Juke. Buddy of mine just bought a Juke SV w/Sport pkg and a manual tranny. He has already Plasti Dipped his grill trim, Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT, Eibach springs, and is in the process of building a sub enclosure for the rear storage area.
Still cannot wait to see the bumper/winch installed.

Thanks, thats our second one, we got one of the first ones out(about 350 sold in us then), traded for this one, moonroof and most of the toys, auto, wifes car. I have to watch it when I borrow it, if I forget to put it in Econo mode it will put me back in the seat like 3G's worth. Best part is she gets 28-30mpg in city.

Yea, cant wait for the winch to get here, get er done. Unpacked everything, nicely made, clean welds, nice design, the bumper is one piece 3/16" as is the skid. I left the wrap on the bumper since it will be in the bed till it gets installed

Sorry had Surgury, was waiting till I could move better and take some pics in the desert

Its a solid bumper, well designed, nice welds and great powdercoat, The way Calmini designed this. the winch is still servicable without dropping bumper, unlike SW, but still would be a pain to steal as the the 4 winch mounting bolts are accessable but not easy to work in a hurry

Sorry to hear about surgery. Hope all is well and recovery is quick.
As for the bumper, I like it. I'm hoping for a little later this year...
Also. how do the radflos ride?

Not being a car person, Greg At PRG was great, we talked, he explained, I told him my wants and needs. I wanted a smooth ride, wife gets car sick in this truck but didn't in the 2010 KC 4 banger. He suggested useing a 600lbs Coil instead of the recomended 650, rides like a Lincoln Town Car, wife loves the ride, no more sick.

I like this bumper style better then the SW, less holes(lights) and better mount IMO, perfect fit, no sledge adjustment needed. Calmini also allowed me to get without the holes for mounted lights as I wasn't planning on installing them. The winch mount area is more convenient then SW unless you like their built in fit, Calmini is easier to service but still hard to steal. Another great point about Calmini is they keep their word and don't pre charge you till almost ready to ship, said 3 to 4 weeks, delivered 3 1/2 weeks and didn't charge card till last week. Shrockworks charged me both items full price the day I ordered them and said 12 weeks on one and 8 weeks on other, we'll see when they get here.

Thanks. The road in and out of this area is really bad washboard, Greg, PRG usualy sets up these RadFlo CO's with a 650 lbs Coil for a winch bumper. I wanted a smooth ride so he suggested trying a 600 coil, I was going 40 mph and almost didn't notice the washboard, better then the stock suspension, also in town and Hwy. Wife loves the ride, used to get car sick with the stock, not once since the change. We'll see when the SW rear bumper and sliders gets here, haven't seen anything like it yet on the road around here.
