Titan/ Yes.. Fronty, same deal....
This water temperature gauge was added to my gauge pod in lieu of the volt gauge. I originally planned for this gauge but aborted the attempt for lack of a place to mount the sending unit.
I recently found this sender adapter which made the install possible.
Nissport adapter: 1 3/8 ID

Here is a link to the gauge install. It will provide wiring necessities and more information on gauge installs in general. You will also be able to see why I originally had to opt for a volt gauge instead of water temp gauge.

Make sure you cut the upper (outgoing) hose not the lower or you will not get a true reading.
Cut ¾ out of the hose or it will kink when you install the new sender adapter (trust me, I know) Oh, cut this part out of the staightest part of the hose therer is so the clamps will hold effectivly Shut up Steve!
Install sender into adapter with thread sealant or tephlon tape as tight as you can get it. Install sender ground wire and ground it near the sender then on to the gauge. I chose the battery ground point..

.
Make sure your dont just "titan" the upper sender nut without holding the lower "lock" nut in place.... You will ruin the sending unit... Again.... "HERE'S YOUR SIGN"....
It is a good idea to siphon all the coolant you can out of the hoses to avoid a mess. I would also recommend putting a lot of towels under these hoses so you don't get fluid on your alternator etc .

Some of you may, or may not, remember my first attempt at this. Well, I got the wrong adapter . It had an adapter with an ID of 1 1/6 not the 1 3/8 that is on the Titan.. What did I do because I could not get an upper radiator hose for 2-3 days? I went Redneck on the adapter and clamped er down reel tight like Worked like a charm until I got the right adapter.
Here is the wrong adapter with a lot of clamps Worked great . No leaks..

Some video:
Final notes: Gauge reads about 195* +/- a degree or two . Pretty much right on with a scangauge . Gauge fluctuates much more than the dummy gauge on the oem cluster.. Seems like the oem gauge only reads (cold, OK, Hot, and . Shut the effer down)
