I spent some time quality time this weekend working on my Frontier and my wifes X-terra. I did the screen delete, throttle body engine coolant reroute, and I cut the bottom out of both air boxes. My problem is that after all of this both vehicles have the service engine soon lamp lit. when i plug in my engine monitor/code reader I get code p0113 "Intake Air Temperature Sensor Circuit High Input". I cannot reset this code with my code reader which i can normally reset almost any code this way. It also will not reset when i get in the vehicle do the computer reset via the key and accelerator pedal method. This seems kind of strange to to me since i am an elctronics technician and deal with stuff like this all the time, most all electronic devices fail in a "safe mode" ie. open, high resistance so that they do not cause damage to other components in the system, this one says it is a high input code, if the sensor is bad it should read low input by the logic i listed before. I have checked to make sure the sensor is seated properly, and that the wiring is connected. I have checked all of the fuses. I am checking here first in case someone else has had this problem before I bust out an o-scope and start snooping around. Both of the truck will drive, but get really bad gas mileage. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
Odd.

The engine coolant reroute must the issue. I was the first to do the screen delete and did not and have not had any issues. Did you unplug any sensors?

One possible fix is to unkook the battery terminals and then reconnect for a soft reboot or touch the terminals for a hard reboot.
