If I remember right, the actual OEM cost for the clutch wasn't too bad. It's just that you pretty much have to get a new flywheel if you need a clutch, and re&re the exhaust system. However, the OEM flywheel was around $800CDN; the JWT flywheel is $450... and half the weight of stock.
Good find, I only wish they had this out when I did my clutch/flywheel.

It says you can use the factory flywheel with the on and off road use clutch. I plan on doing just that. I think they just came out with it, because a lot of people on the other site was making a big fuss about the flywheel, when it came out. I'm very happy! The only other parts i have to worry about is our crappy front differential and timing chain (Their ticking bombs!). That sucks eglaisi. Maybe next time you'll be able to run their clutch

Haha, I hope there never is a next time!! Cost me $2800 to do a clutch!
I plan to address that front differential issue. (Full Titan Swap

)

geez that's a hefty price tag. Full titan swap? Extended Axle or replacing the front differential with a titan differential? I heard you need 3:36 gearing or something to make the front titan differential to fit.
*Will you be replacing the rear differential too? You'll probably be the first then.
Hopefully whole Titan diff. Need to research more about it. What half shafts to use etc. Gonna be an expensive upgrade.
*may be possible to swap rear Titan diff.... I just happen to have both a Frontier and a Titan sitting in my driveway

not sure my dad would like me under his truck with a measuring tape
PS, this thread just got waaay off-topic!

Until gearing comes out, the only way to replace the crappy frontier front differential is to replace the rear differential, which is not worth fixing until it's broken in my opinion. I'll just wait, because our rear differential is not worth replacing.
that's what I was thinking too anyway... especially since I have the e-locker. This is long term planning anyway, I'm trying to focus on the Hardbody project for now.
You have a locker? Why even worry? If they don't come out with gearing, and i have cash to spend, i'll probably just do limited slip in the rear. With limited slip or locker, you should be using the front differential even less. But you do live farther up north, where the snow is DEEP and the forest floors are muddy, so i guess i can see why you might want all 4 wheels to spin.
I'd just sit there and spin if it wasn't in 4HI or 4LO. It rains alot here so the ground is pretty much always soft and muddy. I guess the only thing to really avoid it (without replacing) would be taking it easy. I believe the problem is spinning the tires, then suddenly getting traction... the diff loads up the energy and when it gets traction it just smashes the spiders.
