I think he is talking about the icons used to the left of the threads list that show if they are a pole or extremely active topic etc. There are a great number of them and I can't find a listing of what they mean either on this site or on the phpBB page either. It appears they are different for each forum theme, so unless a listing is made for this theme, they will baffle us all.
